Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email hello@homeofhammam.co.uk with your order number. We will confirm the next steps.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.

Once your return has arrived and been checked, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, email hello@homeofhammam.co.uk with your order number and a photo and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
