These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our products
Every Home of Hammam piece is printed by hand in Türkiye. Slight differences in print placement, colour and finish are part of how each piece is made, and your item may differ a little from the photographs. Colours can also look different from one screen to another.
Please follow the care guide on our Product Care page. As with all hand printed textiles, some gentle fading over time is natural.
Sizes and measurements are given as a guide. If you are unsure, please ask before you order.
Ordering
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is out of stock or was priced in error, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling [CHECK: and include VAT]. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Discount codes and offers cannot be combined unless we say so, and the conditions of each offer are shown with it.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We will always do our best to meet them, but delays outside our control can happen. See our Shipping Policy for details.
For orders sent outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These are your responsibility.
Pre orders
Some items are sold as pre orders. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. See our pre order cancellation policy for your right to cancel.
Returns and your right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, email hello@homeofhammam.co.uk with your order number. Items must then be sent back to us within 14 days, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full process.
Faulty items
If your item is faulty or not as described, contact us at hello@homeofhammam.co.uk with your order number and a photo. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We supply products for domestic and private use only and are not liable for business losses.
Our content
All designs, prints, photographs, text and logos on this website belong to Home of Hammam Limited or its licensors. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on the website when you place it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
