Cancellation policy

Some items are sold as pre orders. When you place a pre order, payment is taken at checkout and your item is dispatched as soon as it arrives with us. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page.

You can cancel a pre order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Email hello@homeofhammam.co.uk with your order number.

Once a pre order has been dispatched, our normal return and refund policy applies.
